Her Daring Earl includes an accidental (although not miraculous) pregnancy. It is not noted in the blurb so as not to give away elements of the story, as this plot point is necessary for our characters to move forward together. However, it is not the main focus of the story. If you would like to read the book but skip the baby’s birth, don’t read the first part of the epilogue, where it is included, although not in detail.
